Project Overview:
This hydrogen manufacturing plant in California will be undertaking
a large expansion in the area shown in the photo. Original plant drawings
from 1961 were not updated with new underground utilities constructed
over the last 40 years. Radarscan Inc. plotted the existing utilities
onto a new auto-cad drawing for usage of the project manger &
excavation contractor before commencement of construction.
Result:
Process water, fire water, hydrogen, electrical, gas, sewer,
conduit & phone lines were all accurately detected by ground penetrating
radar. Included in the final report was data on depth of cover of
each utility. |
